Malva Pudding

This is a must have, South African classic at any family gathering, lunch, dinner or even leftovers the next day for breakfast....  This sweet pudding derives its flavour from the apricot jam, and warm caremel sauce poured over while fresh from the oven. 

Honest Homely Hint: Try it with a shot of Amarula and ice cream or just as delicious with plain custard.
