Once payment is received a member of our team will contact you to confirm delivery The current delivery schedule is: Tuesday - Blouberg, Table View and Surrounds Wednesday - Southern Suburbs Thursday - Paarl & Surrounds Friday - Northern Suburbs Should you have a specific request please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate where possible.

How do I give special instructions for my Home Delivery? Eg – Estate Delivery Information

You can give us special delivery instructions when ordering. If you're ordering by phone just let us know when placing the order. If you're ordering online, then you can enter these details when placing your order.

Will I get confirmation of my order?

Every order will receive an initial automated response by email acknowledging the order. We will keep in touch by Email, WhatsApp, SMS or by phone. Should you have any issues please contact us

Do you deliver to my area and if not, can i still order?

You can view all delivery areas on our Home Delivery Page or if you would like to order, and we currently do not cover your area, please contact us directly to discuss a bespoke order.

Your Items will be returned to our premises where a re-delivery will be scheduled when we are next in your area.

How are my items transported?

Your items will be delivered in person by one of our team and not a third party delivery. All items are transported frozen.
